What is the difference between Myflexoffice and a coworking space?

All our spaces are independent and dedicated to one company. Our clients have their own offices, fully customized to their company's image, and do not share space with other companies.

What type of contract does Myflexoffice offer?

All our spaces are available under a service contract, and our clients are therefore not subject to the constraints of a traditional commercial lease. They can choose the duration of their commitment: from 6 months to several years!

What are the advantages of a service contract?

A service contract offers the possibility to change very quickly from one office to another, for bigger or smaller, since the client is not subject to the constraints of a traditional lease. We accompany our customers in their evolution on the long term.

By joining our spaces, our customers benefit from an all-inclusive formula: premium services, daily accompaniment in case of need of intervention or repair works, internet, electricity, regular cleaning... A real time saver, but above all a comfort maker!

What is included in the monthly cost?

All the spaces we offer include :
  • Routine maintenance: our teams of Facility Managers and Customer Success Managers handle all maintenance for our clients, with emergency intervention if needed, and a dedicated cleaning team to keep the offices clean.
  • Charges for water, internet, electricity, gas and maintenance of common areas.
  • The various taxes inherent to the space: office charges and taxes, property tax, tax on the removal of household waste.
